Each project posed its own regulatory challenges, from Grade II-listed façades to multi-phase development strategies. Our role involved navigating planning constraints while enhancing each property’s function and future adaptability.

In Greville Place, Camden, we secured permission to improve the front elevation of a Grade II-listed home in the St John's Wood Conservation Area—balancing architectural preservation with updated usability. At Firs Lane, Enfield, our combined use of permitted development and planning applications enabled a porch, roof addition, and a significant 5.3m rear extension—despite complex council procedures. In Burstock Road, Putney, we transformed a rear conservatory into a new kitchen while converting the original kitchen into a bedroom, maximizing functionality without expanding the footprint. Each proposal involved a tailored strategy that merged client needs with local planning sensitivities.
