We are systematically erasing classical moldings and stripping back the staircase, swapping carpet runners for exposed wood and minimalist handrails to sharpen the architectural profile. While the formal living room remains, we are reviving the client’s collection of timeless furniture with fresh, contemporary upholstery. Upstairs, the complex split-level topography—captured via 360-degree laser scanning—is being reconfigured to resolve circulation friction across three ensuite bedrooms. The narrative extends outdoors, where new designs for the front and rear terraces ensure a seamless dialogue between the streamlined interior and the garden.
