STAGE 3 : Concept Design

For a truly immersive experience, we offer CGI visualizations via a VR headset, allowing you to step inside and feel the design before construction begins. STAGE 04 : Technical Design
The Precise Phase
A beautiful design is useless if it can’t be built. We bridge the gap between creative vision and construction reality.
Following concept approval, we transition into creating comprehensive technical drawings for the building team and joinery makers. We meticulously specify every material, dimension, and component, including lighting and electrical plans, to ensure the vision is built precisely. This "builder-proof" documentation is essential for a smooth, efficient construction process on-site.

The Transparency Phase
We don't just hand over the drawings and wish you luck. We stay by your side to ensure the reality matches the dream. We manage the procurement and smooth out the inevitable bumps of construction.
We offer full flexibility in procurement, providing the option to use your own connections or our managed service. Choosing our management path ensures transparency, as we pass 100% of trade discounts, typically 10% to 30%, directly to you. A flat 15% fee covers all logistics, global supply chain management, and quality control to protect your investment throughout the process.

Our commitment continues onto the site, where we oversee the build to protect the design intent and maintain momentum. Through regular inspections and detailed reporting, we ensure every finish meets our exacting standards.
