Bilal is a registered Interior Designer with the British Institute of Interior Designers (BIID), boasting over 20 years of global experience across cities like Istanbul, Turks and Caicos, Santiago, Seoul, Washington DC, and New York. Educated in architecture at the Izmir Institute of Technology and holding an MBA, Bilal has a well-rounded expertise in creating luxurious and lasting high-end residential and hospitality spaces. Notably, he led the design of the MGM Casino Hotel in National Harbour, USA. Based in London, Bilal founded his own practice in 2018, aiming to craft unique spaces that transcend trends. Outside the studio, he partners with his wife, architect Elif Erkmen Tatar, in collaborative design ventures, and pursues his passion for art through wood carving and clay sculpting.

Elif is an accomplished designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and over 18 years of experience in both architectural and interior design. With a strong background in managing and designing remarkable spaces, she has worked with renowned firms such as Adamson Associates and TP Bennett in London, refining her craft and contributing to exceptional projects. Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that beauty is in the details. Elif’s minimalist style serves as a perfect balance to her partner’s bolder approach, ensuring each project seamlessly combines subtle elegance with striking elements. Her designs reflect a commitment to precision, harmony, and the finer aspects of life. Beyond her professional work, Elif is a passionate jewelry maker and painter, further showcasing her creativity and diverse talents.
